Inquiry forms instead of products
Buyers send their project’s requirements, such as cut, grade, thickness, volume and lead time, in one form.
Teak lumber is bought to each project’s requirements, so instead of products the site has inquiry forms. They feed a CRM and send the emails automatically.
Built with AI coding agents. Directed and checked by me.

01 · The starting point
Every order follows the project’s own requirements, so the site needed inquiry forms instead of product pages, in English and Spanish.
02 · What I did
Buyers send their project’s requirements, such as cut, grade, thickness, volume and lead time, in one form.
Every inquiry is saved in the CRM as soon as it’s sent.
The buyer gets an “Inquiry received” email straight away, and the team gets an internal alert.
Every page in both languages.
Set up for search in both languages: page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Connected to Google Search Console and Meta.
Privacy, cookie consent and the legal pages, in both languages.
